Chlorinated polypropylene system contains a lot of non-polar solvents, and many dyes are insoluble in this system, so the color types of transparent inks are incomplete. Although the cost of general-purpose inks is slightly higher, they have a wide range of colors and higher transparency, so they have been widely used. However, the application of transparent inks should be cautious. First of all, we should pay attention to the smell, because the odor can cause the quality of the whole batch of products to be scrapped, and re passing through the oven cannot eliminate the odor. The second is the composite strength. The type and color of dyes will have a great impact on the composite strength.
